How to Use

• Mix 1 part bleaching powder with 2 parts Oxilan oxidizing emulsion (20, 30, or 40 volumes), depending on the desired level of lightening and technique

• Mix until a soft, creamy consistency is achieved

• Apply to dry hair only

• Do not wash hair before application

• Leave on hair until the desired lightening level is reached (maximum 60 minutes)

• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear
